Please be sure you're calling from a quiet distraction-free space with reliable internet connectivity. Enable both the camera and microphone on your device before the call.
For your safety, I will not host a call with you if you are driving.
Register for Zoom for our video calls. This program protects your privacy and allows better connection than most others for our meetings.

I use FaceTime as a back-up if we are unable to connect over Zoom for some reason. If you are new to FaceTime please review this tutorial before our meeting and add me as a contact by searching for my name or email (Gina Senarighi or firstname.lastname@example.org).
If we are unable to connect via FaceTime or Zoom we will use our phones as a back-up plan. Please add 971-302-8286 to your contacts.
SCHEDULING CONTINUED SESSIONS
Whenever possible I ask clients to commit to a recurring appointment. This helps you create practices that support your personal work outside session with regularity. I use this tool to convert time zones easily when planning with clients outside the Pacific Standard Timezone (PST).

BETWEEN SESSION SUPPORT
If you are scheduled for a 90-Day Coaching Package I offer "office hours" for drop-in appointments as needed 12-1PM PST Monday- Thursday. These are a great way to get individual support related to specific conflicts, reactivity, and surprises that come up between sessions.

If you are scheduled for Per Session Payment you are welcome to use the drop in appointment times or schedule between session calls and will be charged the hourly session rate. Schedule these by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or texting 971-302-8286.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
If you are running late please let me know. I will reach out to you, and will wait for 15 minutes for our call. If I haven't heard from you at that time I will charge for the missed session.
To reschedule our meeting please contact this email or text me at 971-302-8286. I require 48 hours notice to reschedule sessions without charging the session fee.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN ONLINE SESSION
Please fill out the new client forms at least 24 hours before our initial session. Be sure you fill out one form for each member of your party.
Set aside time to meet me in a distraction-free environment. Please note: I will not meet with you while driving for your safety.
Please take care of your body to support this work. This means creating solid self-care practices that support your rest, exercise, consumption and hydration. Do eat before session. I recommend choosing a comfy spot (you'll be with me for 50-90 minutes) with water or tea and tissues handy.
I highly recommend bringing a notebook or journal to session to collect your thoughts. I welcome the tools that best support your learning style.
Many of my clients have needed tissues while talking. Keep a couple handy just in case. :)
I require payment prior to online sessions. Please submit yours here. I will collect your credit card information when we meet for future billing.
